Dam Site River Campground is on the shores of White River, below Beaver Dam and Lake. An abundance of recreational activities, along with spacious, sunny campsites are available. The campground is surrounded by trees, flowering shrubs, limestone bluffs, caves and wildlife.

Fishermen love the campground location. Just below the dam, the waters of the upper White River is the home of German brown trout and rainbow trout. The lake consists of 28,000 surface acres which are filled with bass, catfish, crappie and other species of fish.

Campsites at the campground have shade and plenty of room while just a short walk from the lake. Picnic facilities, fire rings, water and flush toilets are all available on site. Other amenities include a parking area, playground, boat ramp, dump station, showers and hiking trails.

This is one of the best campgrounds on the lake.  If you want to be on the river, this is the place to go.

There are trails for biking and horseback riding as well. Several marinas are conveniently located nearby as are grocery stores and bait and tackle shops. Campsites can accommodate an RV and a tent or three tents. The campground does have a host, and check-in upon arrival is required. The campground is located at 181 Dam Site River in Eureka Springs.
